Like 17 August 2013 by Mindy Oon CM – 身为一位刚回到职场的年轻妈妈，生活无时都在冲忙之中。早上赶着去上班；下班后又赶着去接儿子。‘快、快、快’似乎成了我每天的目标。尽管匆忙或许能让我们更快地完成手上的工作，然后开始下一份任务；但有时，莽撞的冲忙却会带给我们相当严重的长期影响！其中包括意外、压力、疾病还有昂贵的医药费用等。因此，纵使我再匆忙，当神对我说话时，我仍然会放缓我的脚步。
