上帝与你立了爱的约定——Pr Alex Tan
Like 15 Aug 2014 by Adeline Lum CM- 我们每个人都有不同的喜好，从咖啡、书籍、足球队、旅游到食物等，而这当中也包括了神。然而，要在这些琐碎事当中谈论神那份刺透人心的爱就显得更有分量及深刻。 在过去的8月10日，Pr Alex Tan 在 DUMC分享了有关神的爱。他说，“若你不明白上帝那完全以及祂与祂孩子所立下那份爱的誓约，你就无法完全地爱我们的神。我们爱神，因为神先爱我们。换言之，要爱神，我们需要先认识祂的爱。” 上帝是一位守约的神。Pr Alex也分享到上帝如何与以色列人立下爱的约定。从起初，上帝都一直努力让我们在爱中与祂连接。 耶和华专爱你们，拣选你们，并非因你们的人数多于别民，原来你们的人数在万民中是最少的。只因耶和华爱你们，又因要守他向你们列祖所起的誓，就用大能的手领你们出来，从为奴之家救赎你们脱离埃及王法老的手。所以，你要知道耶和华你的神，他是神，是信实的神。向爱他，守他诫命的人守约，施慈爱，直到千代。 （申命记 7：7-9） 神在什么时候说过这话了呢？Pr Alex继续分享说这话是神在以色列人离开埃及，脱离400年为奴隶日子时说的。（使徒行传 7:6）在旷野中徘徊、等待进入应许之地的他们，因着神的保守，免遭希实本和巴珊王的攻击等，尽管在这旅程中经历了神的大能，他们依然选择不信、不顺服、悖逆神。 “这群百姓就是上帝不断提醒他们，神要与他们这一代的人更新祂所立的约，祂的应许是真的。”Pr Alex说。 以色列阿，你要听。耶和华我们神是独一的主。你要尽心，尽性，尽力爱耶和华你的神。我今日所吩咐你的话都要记在心上，（申命记 6:4-6） […]
