An evening of worship with GMB Community band from Indonesia and Brother Kelvin Lim of 1 AM Ministry in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam. Five local churches came together to organize a night of worship with the theme “Shah Alam sings”. The event was held at the New Life Restoration Centre. The night saw many youths and families, around 250 strong coming together to enjoy worship songs and praising God for His greatness and love in this city.
The heartfelt desire of GMBC band is to “to reach and restore generation by living and giving Christ their best lifestyles through strong messages and deep understanding of the truth to influence the world.” This young band with band members in their early 20’s is indeed reaching the nations with their very own gospel compositions and singing wherever the Lord leads them.
The guest speaker and performer for the evening, Brother Kelvin Lim spoke about his own transformation journey and to pursuing God’s dream in our lives. A talented musician himself, he sang two lovely songs and lending a voice to the “voiceless”, a fight against “Human Trafficking” in our societies.
Pastor David Tham of New Life Restoration Centre inflatable water slide for sale, Shah Alam prayed for the closing of the event and all were touched with the songs and message for the evening.
