Now, Everyone Can Access On Faithconnect Hub!

We live in an age where information is available at our fingertips. Yet artificial intelligence cannot heal internal emotional wounds. Many in the younger generation -and people of every age – continue to face hidden struggles, emotional hurts, mental health challenges, and spiritual battles on a daily basis.

Recognising this reality, a team of passionate individuals came together as an initiative for the Christian community (and beyond). Their shared goal is simple yet profound: to give people a better overall well-being in life – for all. There are no boundaries.

Everyone can experience Faith Connect through a version of Faith Connect Hub, whether they know Christ or not, whether they belong to a church or are searching for one. It is an open, inclusive digital space designed so that anyone, anywhere, can step in and find support, growth, and connection.

More than just an administrative tool, the Faith Connect Hub app is purpose-built for everyone’s daily spiritual life growth and daily personal well-being. It functions as a vital bridge connecting church members and church pastors as individuals on a personal level. Pastors and members are no longer separated by Sunday-only interactions or formal church structures; the app creates space for genuine, ongoing relationship and care.

The Counselor Appreciation Lunch

To support this mission, the Faith Connect team hosted their first Counselor Appreciation Lunch on Friday, 31 July 2026, at KOFE in Damansara Perdana. Ten people gathered, including six members of the Faith Connect team and four Christian counsellors from the National Association of Christian Counsellors Malaysia (NACC) and Eirini Counseling Services.

The lunch was organised to honour these counsellors, introduce the new Faith Connect Hub app and its Faith Chat feature, and gather feedback so the platform can better serve the counselling community.

During the gathering, Pastor Joshua Navin from Dunamis Church opened in prayer and shared how the original Faith Connect App has helped their church with administrative management since 2025. Pastor Annie Loh also walked the counsellors through downloading the Faith Connect Hub app and registering as counsellors.

On a personal level, Faith Connect Hub meets you where you are. It offers private, confidential support when emotional or spiritual struggles feel overwhelming. It provides daily anchors – Scripture, stories, podcasts, and short videos – that nurture your inner life. It helps you discover nearby churches and communities without pressure. It lets you share your own story or listen to others who have walked similar paths. In short, it turns the often-isolated journey of faith into a supported, daily experience of growth, encouragement, and well-being.

The team has invested significant effort in clean, intuitive UI/UX so that every feature feels welcoming and easy to use, whether you are tech-savvy or not. Here is a closer look at the features and the thoughtful design behind them.

The team continues to refine the platform based on real feedback from users, pastors, and counsellors. Their hope is simple: that Faith Connect Hub will become a helpful daily companion for anyone seeking connection, encouragement, spiritual growth, and personal well-being – without boundaries.

From Church Admin Tool to Public Faith Ecosystem

It has been 16 months since Faith Connect first launched its app on 26 April 2025 at The Exchange TRX. From the beginning, the team’s desire was simple: to help small and medium-sized churches stay connected beyond Sunday services. Every stage of development and every financial need was carried by the team itself. There was no large funding or institutional backing – only prayer, hope, and willing sacrifice. Through late nights, technical challenges, and the slow process of building trust with churches, the team pressed on. Today, around over 10 medium to small churches in Malaysia & across 3 countries like Europe, Dubai, Singapore has tapped onto our FaithConnect App since 2025. Churches like Dunamis Nation Church (MY) & City Tabernacle KL (SG) are one of churches who subscribed with us.

Along the way, the team learned important lessons. Building something for the Body of Christ requires patience. Technology alone is not enough; relationships and genuine care matter more. Feedback from pastors and members continually shaped the features. What began as a church administration tool gradually grew into a wider vision: a public space where individual believers – and seekers – could also find support, community, and resources.

Out of this journey came Faith Connect Hub—a new digital faith ecosystem designed for individuals. Under the mandate “For Christians, By Christians,” Faith Connect now serves two audiences through two apps:

Faith Connect App for churches and communities (churches pay a yearly subscription; members use it free)
Faith Connect Hub for individuals (a paid app at RM19.90)

Faith Connect Hub is a public platform where anyone can discover uplifting content, connect with communities, share stories, seek emotional and spiritual support, and find nearby churches and events. It aims to make faith resources more accessible across different communities and cultures. There truly is no boundary – everyone can experience it.
