The 23rd Pentecostal World Conference (PWC) will be held from the 27th-30th this August at the Calvary Convention Centre, Kuala Lumpur.
Held triennially, this will be the first time pentecostal leaders from around the globe will meet in Malaysia.
This event will also coincide with the official opening of the Calvary Convention Centre, a unique convention centre that is dedicated to the pursuit of holistic activities. The theme for this conference, “IN ONE ACCORD…rallying, reaching & releasing the next generation” is a prophetic call of our Lord Jesus Christ to inspire, equip and connect everyone, of every age group and nation for a strategic thrust to build His Church.

“Get into gear with what the Holy Spirit is doing all over the world. Receive powerful revelations and impartation from some of the most powerful speakers today. Interact and synergize with leaders from around the world, be challenged and equipped for a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit worldwide,” urged Reverend Ong Sek Leang, the Host Chairman of the conference.
The Place
“In conjunction with PWC, the Dedication Service of the Calvary Convention Centre (CCC) will be held on 27th August at 7:00 pm. It is a great honour to have Dr. David Yonggi Cho, the Senior Pastor-Emeritus of Yoido Full Gospel Church in Seoul, Korea to officiate the occasion.
Calvary Convention Center (CCC)
“Calvary Convention Centre (CCC) is strategically positioned at a prime location in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. This iconic state-of-art convention centre with multi-facet facilities and an auditorium that seats 5,000 is a witness of the sacrificial and tenacious support of members and friends of Calvary Church.
Rev Ong Sek Leang who is the Host-Chairman of the PWC 2013
We want to thank the Chairman of The Pentecostal World Fellowship, Reverend Prince Guneratnam and its leadership for their gracious support,” added Rev Ong who is the senior pastor of Metrotabernacle Assembly of God.
Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen. (Ephesians 3:20 & 21)
The Purpose
“It is a great privilege to host all of you together with the churches and leaders of the worldwide Pentecostal & Charismatic Movement.
“You will be receiving teaching, revelations and impartation from some of the foremost and influential leaders in the Pentecostal & Charismatic movement. There will be great opportunity to fellowship, build relationships and network with Christian leaders from all over the world.
“I am convinced this will be a strategic conference for you, your church, ministry and nation. Come expecting and be ready to receive from God and to enjoy yourself,” Rev Ong assured.
This is a prophetic call to unity and purpose for the global Spirit-filled Church to empower the present and emerging generation to fulfill the Great Commission. This conference will also create the setting for Pentecostal/Charismatic pastors and leaders from different nations and cultures to network, and to exchange unique and successful ideas for ministry advancement.
“I look forward to your participation in making the PWC2013 a historic conference that will bring an exciting and unparalleled radical change to the Spirit-filled body of Christ,” Rev Ong said.

Pentecostal World Fellowship mission is to unite and mobilize the global Spirit-filled family in completing the Great Commission of Jesus Christ. It has now 59 global member organizations.
Triennially, the Pentecostal World Fellowship organizes the Pentecostal World Conference for Pentecostal and Spirit-filled leaders. It was in May 1947 that Swiss pastor Leonard Steiner, David J. du Plessis, J Roswell Flower and Donald Gee organized a conference for Pentecostal leaders. Three thousand attended this first conference. Triennial conferences followed and in 1961, this celebrative gathering was officially named the Pentecostal World Conference (PWC).
