Life and work has a tendency of sometimes taking a toll on us, especially during the hectic mid-year season. The annual iBridge and Impact camps have been a very much looked-forward and timely event, and for years they have helped rejuvenate many participants. Every year, many young Christians have attended and been blessed by the camps organised by the Graduates Christian Fellowship (GCF) where they learn, connect, and serve with fellow brothers and sisters in the family of God.

Are you a Christian who have been weary and heavy-laden lately? If you are burnout, jaded, overwhelmed, lonely, drifting away due to different seasons of life, do take a break and getaway at the iBridge and Impact camp for spiritual reflection and renewal. The camps are not just places where you can learn, connect, and serve, but also a safe spaces for meaningful conversations around relevant topics and matters of the heart.

Come connect with fellow pilgrims and meet new friends, hear insights from speakers across denominations through plenaries and workshops; grow those new friendships over meals, sports and recreational activities; and be empowered to use what you’ve learned to make a lasting impact for God and in the lives of those around you.

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” Jeremiah 29:11

‘We are praying that campers will find rest, healing and comfort,’ Jimmy Lee from GCF shared. ‘Like in 2022, there are two camps being organised this year. Both take place from 28th September to 1st October 2023 at the Port Dickson Methodist Center. The iBridge camp is catered for ages 23-24. Here the theme is Destiny and Purpose where young graduates learn about their place and their God-given destiny in the wider world beyond their college and student years.’

‘The Impact camp is catered for ages 35-49. As young adults reach an age beyond the mid-30s, they will have gained more responsibilities both in their families and the companies where they work. The theme for the Impact camp is Overcoming Challenges where the camp participants come to share and learn about how to navigate the channels of life and transcend them to make a positive impact on their peers.

‘We have invited speakers with a targeted experience and expertise for both camps. The iBridge Camp & Impact Camp will be at different meeting halls. Both camps will have separate programs, with a few combined sessions.’

Jimmy also shared that while the initial closing date for the registration was on 13th September 2023, they have decided to extend the deadline, subject to availability, due to requests and enquiries.

Speaking on the camp fees, he shared, ‘We aim to keep the camps affordable to encourage as many young people to attend and be blessed. There is a nominal fee for accommodation ranging from RM250 (dormitary) to RM400 (room) inclusive of the whole 4D3N period, but it is possible to register for 3d2n if the participant is unable to take leave on Friday, or 2d1n in other circumstances. Besides that, sponsorship/discount is available for full-time church/Christian organisation workers.’
