Following the Ark of the Presence – Chuck Pierce, Kingdom Release Asia, Asia Revival Centre, Penang

Chuck Pierce is no stranger to the local Christian community, especially to those from East Malaysia. Almost exactly ten years ago, our team at Christianity Malaysia did extensive coverage of his massive revival meetings in Sibu. East Malaysia has seen much of God’s presence and power over the last decade. In the recent Kingdom Release Asia, hosted by Asia Revival Centre in Penang on July 4-6 2025, he released another powerful word of prophecy over the Malaysian Church.

During the third session of the event, Chuck revealed that 2025 marks more than a new calendar cycle. It actually signifies a kairos moment, a divine window of transformation. Through a Hebraic lens, we are in the decade of Pey, symbolizing the mouth, voice, and declarations. The current Hebrew year, represented by the number five, speaks of supernatural grace, pivotal decisions, and a call to higher worship.

Why look through a Hebraic lens? Because God’s covenant language is Hebrew. Abraham the Hebrew – literally “one who crosses over” – was the prototype of a people destined not to wander, but to inherit and establish. This DNA of crossing over is ours too. When we reach narrow, pressured places – danger zones or dry seasons – we’re not meant to stay stuck. We’re called to access divine wisdom, rise in authority, and move forward.

This season we are living in now is a call to those feeling pressed on every side. Like David before Goliath or the Israelites before the giants of Canaan, it’s tempting to retreat in the face of obstacles. But the real danger lies not in the giants but in retreating from the promise. The first generation out of Egypt saw the land yet refused to move forward, turning back not just to the wilderness, but toward the slavery God had already broken.

Chuck imparted that God is saying “don’t stop now. You’ve already been given grace to overcome, strategy to advance, and a harvest to gather.” We live in a period of chaos. It feels like a “danger zone” culturally, spiritually, and personally. But in the midst of that, God has  positioned us in a harvest field. The question therefore is: how will we rule our field?

Chuck affirmed that there is a ripened supply waiting. The systems of the world are shifting. God wants to transfer spiritual ownership into the hands of those aligned with God’s Kingdom. His eyes roam the earth, seeking hearts turned to Him. When He finds those who are faithful, He releases favor. But favor does not equal ease.

Take for instance Joseph. Beloved by his father, yet thrown into a pit; favored in Egypt, yet imprisoned. Still, at every turn – pit, palace, prison – Joseph remained favored, because the covenant over his life was greater than the pain he endured. Revival didn’t come through noise or fire, but through what looked dead and forgotten being revealed as alive in God’s plan. Jacob thought Joseph was gone, but – “But God”, two words that changes everything – was orchestrating redemption all along.

We may feel overlooked or stuck. But like Joseph, our positioning is not random. It’s prophetic. God is looking for a people who will stay in agreement with His word until the promise comes to pass.

Despite everything he went through, God’s presence positioned Joseph into his destiny. Like Joseph, our positioning is not random. God is looking for a people who will stay in agreement with His word until the promise comes to pass.

“This is a season of crossing over, standing firm, and harvesting,” Chuck conveyed. “Lift up your eyes. The field is ready. The giants may still be there, but the ownership is shifting. Worship boldly. Speak with authority. Follow His presence wherever it leads. He has not forgotten His covenant – and He won’t start now.”

The Revival of Hope

Sometimes, a season shifts with just two words: “But God.” Everything seems lost, delayed, or forgotten but God is already working beyond what we can see.

We are in a supernatural year of grace, Chuck declared. This grace is not passive; it is divine movement. Grace is God’s gift, but favor rests on those who keep walking in faith, even when life contradicts the promise.

Joseph is our example. Betrayed and imprisoned, he kept his gifts alive. He interpreted dreams even behind bars. Pain did not silence his calling. And because he remained faithful in obscurity, God called him into influence. At just the right time, Pharaoh had a dream and Joseph’s name was remembered.

Joseph experienced instant shifts in his destny – because God’s presence was with him. As a people of God we are likewise called to position ourselves to follow the ark of His presence (img ref: ubdavid.org)

The shift was instant. From prison to palace, Joseph was clothed in new garments and positioned to guide a nation. His obedience became a catalyst for the preservation of God’s people. Eventually, Joseph became second-in-command in Egypt, and Jacob, his father, had an apostolic influence even over Pharaoh. This is divine orchestration: God places the right people, in the right place, for His Kingdom’s purposes.

Years later, Joseph’s brothers came in need, unaware of his identity. The story that seemed irreparably broken was now beautifully reconciled. When Joseph sent wagons to bring Jacob to Egypt, Jacob’s heart – hardened by grief – revived. Why? He heard the prophetic words of Joseph again and saw the wagons – physical signs of God’s faithfulness.

This is revival. Not just emotion, but an awakening. When what was dead becomes alive again. When hope returns, not just for one person, but for a generation.

A God Who Remembers

After Joseph, a new Pharaoh arose who forgot him. God’s people lived in oppression for 400 years, until they cried out. And God heard. He remembered His covenant.

God began to form a nation. He called the Israelites, not as scattered individuals, but as tribes with redemptive gifts, spiritual identities, and a divine purpose. They moved together in worship, warfare, and destiny. This is still His pattern to this day. And God is still doing the same, forming His people tribe by tribe, nation by nation.

A Prophetic Word: The Call to Return

Chuck shared that God sees the tribes and peoples of the land and He sees the redemptive purposes in every culture. Just as in Egypt, He is assigning worship, releasing spiritual mantles, and granting access to new dimensions.

God is asking:

  • Where is My ark?
  • Where is My presence established?
  • Who is watching for My Spirit’s movement?

From the beginning, His presence, symbolized by the ark, was the center. It wasn’t just a relic, but the focus of alignment, movement, and victory. Today, revival depends on us keeping His presence at the center. We must come back to Him as His people.

We are therefore to take courage. “This is your crossing-over moment,” Chuck encouraged. “Keep worship at the center. Keep on declaring truth. God remembers His covenant and He is not finished with you as a people.”

Don’t Lose Heart – Revival Is Near

If you’ve been holding on to a promise that feels long forgotten, let Joseph’s story remind you: the prophecies are still true, and the wagons are on the way. Revival doesn’t always come in a blaze of glory. Sometimes it begins quietly, and often, when hope revives within hearts that had nearly given up.

Use the spiritual gifts God has given us. Don’t bury your calling in the prison of disappointment. The same God who favored Joseph, revived Jacob, and formed a nation is working in our story. God is gathering His people. He is awakening nations and reviving hearts.

Chuck shared several keys:

Key 1: Keep God’s Presence at the Center

There comes a moment in a nation’s journey when heaven and earth pause and realign. Throughout history, God’s pattern is clear. When His presence becomes central, His kingdom moves forward. This is His invitation to us today. Do not build around personalities or programs, but around the presence of God Himself.

When Israel moved from the wilderness into the Promised Land, the cloud and fire lifted. Instead, God said, “Now watch the ark.” No more visible signs – just a call to discern and follow His glory in a new way. That same shift is happening now. After years of prayer and prophetic words, the time has come to move with His presence.

Key 2: Understand Our Prophetic Calling

God has unique purposes for every territory, but some nations are called to be models and blueprints for others to follow. He shared that this is not about exalting a particular nation but recognizing a calling. God is establishing His kingdom, and this kingdom will not be a denomination or a single movement, but a divine pattern. It starts with worshippers, leaders, and communities aligning everything around the movement of His glory.

David modeled this when he longed for the ark. He built a tabernacle without veils, where people worshipped freely around God’s presence. God called that model eternal; “It was, it is, and it will be.” That same pattern is the same model we are called to today.

Key 3: Realign with Heaven’s Timing

Chuck conveyed that a spiritual realignment is taking place over the land. This isn’t just about inspiration. It’s about divine impartation. God is handing out keys – spiritual tools of authority – to those ready to steward the next season. Yeshua holds the key of David, the keys of death and hell. But He also gives keys to His people:

  • The Key of Knowledge – Revelation that unlocks understanding.
  • The Key to Bind – Authority to restrain what heaven forbids.
  • The Key to Loose – Power to release what has long been held back.

Where past generations may have missed their moment, God is giving us another chance. If we will respond, He will place the keys in our hands.

Key 4: Follow the Divine Pattern

To walk in this revival, God gives us a pattern:

Seek His Presence: The ark must be central. We must care more about how the glory moves than about our own comfort or traditions.

Unite as a His Church, Not as Denominations: God moves through unity. Tribe by tribe, gift by gift, He is forming His people into a force for transformation.

Worship in Alignment: Worship is not a warm-up. It is direction. In true worship, God reveals where to go, where to stand, and what to do.

Key 5: Grab Hold of Your Kingdom Keys

God’s promises are sealed in His covenant blood. Through Jesus’s sacrifice, we have been given access to the keys of the Kingdom. These keys are tools of transformation and victory:

  • The Covenant Key – God’s unbreakable faithfulness.
  • The Prophetic Key – Insight into His heart and plans.
  • The Faith Key – The power to believe beyond what is seen.
  • The Warfare Key – Authority to prevail through obedience
  • The Worship Key – Elevation into clarity and vision.
  • The Discernment Key – The grace to heal, not just to judge.
  • The Sacrifice Key – The surrender that unlocks nations.

The keys are not symbolic but active but we must have hearts open to receive them. Don’t wait passively but reach up and declare, “Lord, I want that key!”

Key 6: Let Worship Birth Revelation

Abraham said, “We will go up and worship, and we will return.” He didn’t know how but he trusted God. And on that mountain, God revealed Himself as Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides.

When we worship in obedience, revelation follows. When we surrender, supernatural provision is released. Abraham and Isaac’s worship didn’t just preserve the promise. It expanded it.

A Time of Realignment

Much of what Chuck had to share dealt with spiritual warfare and that warfare is real. But he also shared that God has not forgotten us. In his words of encouragement and exhortation, Chuck imparted that God is releasing keys of authority and inviting a generation to climb the mountain, worship, and receive a fresh vision. This revival goes beyond merely the personal. It’s about establishing God’s presence and spheres of influence in cities and in systems.

Altar call.

“You are the most potent thing God has in the earth realm,”
he communicated, “because you carry His keys, you hear His voice, and you can move when He speaks. The keys are ready and the gates of darkness will not prevail. The ark is moving. Now is the time to follow the Presence.”
