Under the old covenant: Hear O Israel The Lord your God is one.
Under the new: The Lord your God is one with you.
Under the old: I will remember your sins up to the 3rd and 4th generation.
Under the new: I will remember your sins no more.
Under the old: Thou shalt no use my name in vain.
Under the new: Ask anything in my name. You must heal the sick and drive our demons in my name.
Under the old: You must keep the sabbath and not do any work.
Under the new: Come to me all of you who are weary and heaven laden, I will rest you.
Under the old: Honor your parents and you have long life.
Under the new: We are children of the Most High and have everlasting life.
Under the old: You shall not kill.
Under the new: We have been given life and life abundantly.
Under the old: Thou shall not commit adultery.
Under the new: You are the bride of Christ.
Under the old: Thou shall not steal.
Under the new: Thou has been given all things to enjoy.
Under the old: You shall not bear false witnesses.
Under the new: The Spirit testifies that “I remember your sins no more!”
Under the old: You must not covet your neighbor’s possession.
Under the new: I have learn to be contented in all things. I can do all things in Christ Jesus.
Who says we have a renewed covenant? We have a much better covenant!
