Like 15 Feb 2013 by James Hoh CM- 那天，我们去了一个饮食中心。我们都非常的饿。所以，为了能够快一点享用我们的食物，必须要有一个人做一个简短的“谢饭祷告”。我的女儿，Debbie，错失了这个机会，结果就坐在桌子的角落边一直抽泣！ 自她两岁开始，我们就教导她在每一次的用餐前都要做‘谢饭祷告’。她记得所有我们教过她的字句。每一次我们用餐前，她都会合起她的双手，低下头然后就做‘谢饭祷告’。 我们经常都会听见一些新信徒与他们的非基督徒父母在饭桌前所经历的“争执”。类似的事情通常是当我们主内的弟兄姐妹在用餐前做‘谢饭祷告’或者是‘感恩祷告’时发生。就像平时一样，我们都会在用餐前，为着桌上所预备的食物向神献上感恩。可是，这却引起了他们父母的好奇，甚至气愤。 “饭桌上的食物都是我们用所赚回来的一分一毫买的，为什么要感谢上帝？” 我想答案应该如下： 1. 我们为着所拥有的资源，并採取那些天然的资源来生产食物的能力，向上帝献上感恩。我们应要为着我们还有能力去赚取桌面上的食物来感谢上帝。 2. 我们应该为着我们还有能力吃来感谢神。听起来很疯，对吗？并不是。如果你去探访一些医院或者疗养院，你就会发现有很多的人并没有办法享用他们的食物。他们只不过是透过打点滴来摄取食物。 有一俗语是这样说的，“谁知盘中餐；粒粒皆辛苦”。 耶稣基督，神的儿子，在擘饼前也向上帝祝谢（马太福音26:26），更何况是我们，岂不更应该要献上感恩吗？ Note: This article was translated by Joycelyn Loh in […]
