When Moses was called by God to deliver His people from Pharoah, it was the first step in God’s plan to establish the Israelites as His own special kingdom. Understanding this choice by God to establish the nation of the Israelites as the model of His Kingdom on earth reveals the centrality of biblical religion in the kingdom but it also shows that less than 10% of God’s people are called to serve professionally as ministers. The church as an organization is a non-replaceable and vital part of society. The local church is essential to God’s purposes but more than 90% are making their living and work outside of the church.

How do we disciple and spiritually equip them at the highest level of excellence in terms of character, calling, gifting and anointing for God’s kingdom to come on earth? In answer to this question, FGA KL will be hosting a seminar by Rev Peter Tsukahira this Saturday, 2nd September 2023, titled ‘Restoring the Gospel of the Kingdom’ at their main sanctuary. The seminar will officially begin at 9am but there will be breakfast at 8am and lunch at 1pm.

The seminar is part of FGA KL’s ongoing REVIVAL – Catching the Heart of God series of gatherings that hope to bring our focus back to the more subtle marks of revival – a change of hearts, a renewing of passions, and a widespread openness to the move of God.

Peter Tsukahira is the Co-Founder of Carmel Congregation and its related ministries. He moved with his family to Israel in 1987.  Soon after the Gulf War ended in 1991, the congregation officially began and has continued all these years as a testimony to God’s faithfulness.

Peter’s life was radically transformed by the Lord in the early 1970’s. He is a graduate of Tufts University, Christ for the Nations Institute and also holds a Master of Divinity degree. In 2000, Peter established the Mount Carmel School of Ministry (www.mountcarmelsom.com) which has impacted many from the nations with an understanding of God’s heart and strategic purposes for Israel and God’s kingdom.

The most recent emphasis of Peter’s teaching ministry is a focus on the end-time restoration of God’s kingdom to the church and the central role of discipleship training especially for Christians in the marketplace. He is the author of Equip – Your Personal Journey to the Kingdom, God’s Tsunami – Understanding Israel and End-time Prophecy and other books.

The Restoration of the Gospel of the kingdom

Come hear what the spirit is saying to the church in these end times! Malachi 4:5-6. God will send the spirit and power of Elijah again before the return of Jesus. Two thousand years ago John the Baptist came as a  forerunner proclaiming to God’s people, “Change your ways the Kingdom of god is here!”

Today this message is arising once again to prepare the church for final things. The restoration of Israel that was chosen by God as His model since Biblical times signifies that the proclamation and word of God will be heard once again, and the restoration of the Gospel of God’s Kingdom is imminent.

A recently published book by Peter Tsukihara serves as a handbook for the seminar. The book connects the revelation of Israel’s restoration with the heavenly pattern of God’s kingdom on earth and the Lord’s command to make disciples of all the nations. This book defines a pathway to fruitfulness in God’s kingdom and the churches alike. Organized into 52 short chapters it is designed to be read one chapter a week for a full year. This book is especially valuable for those who are not called to the professional ministry and for believers who are seeking personal spiritual growth and advancement.

This workshop will take people through an overview of the book’s contents and explain how it can be used as a tool for growth by churches and individuals.

Christianity Malaysia is not directly affiliated with this event but am highlighting it as we feel it would be of great benefit to local Christians as we have been blessed by Rev Tsukahira’s sharing in the past.
