And on March 9th, four renowned clowns of the clowns will be coming together to teach you new tricks and skills to share the gospel in a fun way! Yes, maybe humour is all we need to break the ice of sharing the gospel with our peers.

1. Rev. Randy Christensen has worked with children and families for more than 30 years, serving as the kids ministry director in numerous U.S. churches. He is an award-winning mime, clown and variety artist, performing at churches, schools and festivals.

2. Ben Christensen grew up watching his father, Randy, in action. He first performed on stage at 4 and got hooked. At 8, he felt called by God into children’s evangelism. He holds a BA in Children’s Ministries, performs around the USA and co-produced many theatre shows.

3. Allan Yong started out as a Children’s Entertainer in August 1995, after more than 11 years working with children and youth as Uncle Allan. He entertains with puppets, magic, balloons, yo-yo stunts and comedy gags. He’s the founder of Allan and Friends Studios.

4. SA Ravindren aka Spotty de Clown worked with Allan & Friends’ Studios from 1996 until 2010, when he was invited to pastor the Tamil church at DUMC. He is one of the best clowns around town and has lots to share as a “former-pro-clown-now-Pastor”.
