Sing to the Lord, All the Earth!- GDOW

 

Join the rest of the nations on earth to worship God on the Global Day of Worship (GDOW) —Nov 30, Saturday— in different churches all around Malaysia!

 

 

When the Ark of the Covenant was carried into Jerusalem, David and the people were ecstatic to receive the Ark because it carried the glorious presence of God. In fact, David was so happy to see the Ark that he leapt, danced, and celebrated with all the people, amidst the sounding of rams’ horn, trumpets, cymbals, lyres, and harps. Imagine what a celebration that was!

 

 

Even Jesus said, “But I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all men to myself (John 12:32).” When we lift our God on high, He will draw us close to his glorious presence. And such was the glory of God that the people worshipped Him with the following praises (1 Chronicles 16):

 

Give praise to the LORD, proclaim his name;

make known among the nations what he has done.

Sing to him, sing praise to him; 

tell of all his wonderful act.

Glory in his holy name;

let the hearts of those who seek the LORD rejoice.

(1 Chronicles 16:8-10)
