I\u2019m always very moved and encouraged by the missionary works of Pastor Bill Wilson, the founder of Metro World Child. His commitment is always stronger than his emotion. He has trained a team of committed servants for the Lord in many countries where he has landed, including [the Holy Land].<\/span><\/p>\n

In one of his recent Facebook posts (<\/span>https:\/\/bit.ly\/BWileaster<\/span><\/a>), Pastor Bill shared about the miracles that happened during Easter Sunday in Gaza. An 8-year-old boy, who was dead for 15 minutes, was resurrected during the Metro Sunday School, in front of a thousand people. After an amazing day, the Sunday school volunteers didn\u2019t go home but took the leftover bread and water to visit some kids.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Have you ever walked a 2-hour journey to visit someone?<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

I guess the majority would not even drive a short distance to visit after a long day of serving. But these Sunday school volunteers walked for 2 hours and found 11 young children who were on the brink of starvation to death. They fed the 11 children with the leftover bread and water. Here came the miracle, the bread and water kept coming until they fed all of them and saved them from dying! <\/span>Yes, the bread and water kept coming! <\/b>Their mothers were crying uncontrollably seeing their children being fed instead of dying. What a day of <\/span>MIRACLES<\/b>! Not only a dead boy was resurrected, but another 11 children were saved from the death of starvation from a non-stop supply of leftover bread and water! This is truly the grace of God!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This reminds me of a Bible story in 2 Kings 4:1-7<\/a>, where a woman whose husband was dead and the creditor took away her boys as slaves. Her husband had been following prophet Elisha and he revered the Lord. She cried out to Elisha for help. She had only left with a small jar of olive oil. Elisha instructed her to collect as many empty jars as possible from the neighbors. Here came the miracle, her \u201c<\/span>small jar of olive oil<\/b>\u201d <\/span>kept pouring<\/b> into all the empty jars until all were <\/span>full<\/b>. With these, she sold the oils, paid the debts, and lived with her sons with some \u201cleftover oils\u201d. The grace of God is always sufficient for us. His provision will keep flowing and provide all our needs if we revere Him.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Last Sunday, after I attended the Sunday worship service at Christ Lutheran Church, I quickly drove my daughter to JIC youth group. Then, I drove back to my church to lead the <\/span>Emmanuel Prayer Altar<\/b>, which I just started 2 months ago by the <\/span>Women of Acts<\/b> ministry. The presence of God always comforts my soul whenever I come into His presence in prayer and worship. After a long and satisfying day, I have every reason to go home to rest. Yet, I chose to go to the hospital although the remaining visiting hours in the hospital were very short. But I know a lady was waiting for me in the hospital. Someone is waiting for a \u201c<\/span>hope<\/b>\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Zara has been hospitalized for 6 years with over 20 operations!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

 <\/p>\n

I\u2019m so glad to have visited Zara, who has been hospitalized since 2018 at 25 years old and has done over 20 operations! You couldn\u2019t even imagine staying in hospital for a month! She has been there for 6 years, the best time of her youth! She was born as a conjoined twin and suffered from bowel perforation. After many surgeries, her large intestine is only left with 20cm in length. A normal length for adult is about 1.5m. Everything that she eats will flush out like diarrhea after a short while. Sadly, the doctors couldn\u2019t do anything else.<\/span><\/p>\n

My heart sank with her. When I held her hand to offer prayer, she held me for a long time, kissing my hands, and telling me how sad she was. Her hands were icy cold and she looked very pale. Yet she was smiling at me and telling me to stay strong. I know she was telling also this to herself. She came from a small village far away from the capital city, so she doesn\u2019t have any friends or visitors except her mom and twin sister who could visit her twice a month only.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you are reading my eNewsletter now, please pray for a miracle healing upon Zara that God will restore a new intestine in her body. I believe what Jesus said, \u201c<\/span>With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God.<\/b>\u201d (Mark 10:27<\/strong>)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

God has called me to Hospital Mission. I will not stop but continue in reaching out to as many souls as I can in the hospital because someone needs to know Jesus, someone is looking for a “<\/span>hope<\/b>” that this world, the doctors, the men, the women, couldn\u2019t provide. Only God can!<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The miracle stories in the Bible did not just happen in history, but it happens today if you believe. Let\u2019s <\/span>Shout to the Lord<\/b> for a miracle in your life! May you be blessed by this beautiful song written by Darlene Zschech in 1993.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
