And a woman having an issue of blood for twelve years came behind Jesus and touched the border of his garment and immediately she was healed (Luke 8:43-45)<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

 <\/p>\n

FAITH BEYOND THE ORDINARY <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Needless to say her faith was absolutely superseding beyond the natural. I guess she was hungry and thirsting for her miracle that she literally drew the anointing from Jesus for her instant healing. It was something really awesome and mind boggling.<\/span><\/p>\n

What is the LESSON that we can pick up from this story? A lot of us fail to receive our miracle because we are fueling on a passive faith and we expect to receive something supernatural. The proportion of what you will receive is the proportion of how badly you are chasing after it. God is not moved by anything except your faith. Have you ever wondered on several occasions when Jesus healed somebody he would say “your faith has made you well”.<\/span><\/p>\n

JESUS, THE SAME YESTERDAY, TODAY AND FOREVER <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We must not forget that this woman has depleted all her resources. She trusted in the system of the world to seek her cure for her affliction. She trusted in her clever idea like most of us would have done to fix our problems in desperate circumstances. But when nothing worked out she shifted her mindset! She shifted her faith! I guess this is what normally happens to most of us. When circumstances catches up with us, we normally try to solve our problem with our our resources and strength.\u00a0 Only when we hit bricks and when we come to a point of helplessness and hopelessness we turn to God. Isn’t it true of us?<\/span><\/p>\n

It is of course undeniable that somebody must have told her about the miracle working Jesus. Somebody must have told her about Jesus the healer who said “nothing is impossible with me if you believe”. The irony about this woman was that she believed with overwhelming faith that Jesus is the only hope for her in her hopeless and helpless situation. She began to zero in on her healing, trusting in a supernatural God.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

GOD IS MOVED BY YOUR FAITH <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This woman apparently faced 2 challenges. (1) She had to maintain and focus on her aggressive faith! (2) How to get through the crowd!<\/span><\/p>\n

Here is what we need to understand when you move with faith in a crisis. Don’t ever think you are moving in the absence of fear! There will always be a certain lingering self-doubt and uncertainty but despite the feeling of negativity that hangs over you, the fact of the matter is that you are willing to move forward focused on your faith no matter what.\u00a0 That is what faith is! That is what trust is! Faith is trusting in the invisible and hoping to see the invisible turning into reality. The supernatural becoming natural!<\/span><\/p>\n

You know what?\u00a0 The enemy will do everything he can to keep you from getting into your victory. He will demoralize and discourage you by sowing seeds of doubt and deception in the midst of your desperate circumstances. If you are not sensitive enough to decode his voice you will miss out on your miracle that God wants to bring about in your life.<\/span><\/p>\n

The flesh is the weakest part of our creation. In Gal.5:16<\/strong>, Paul says:<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.”<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

 <\/p>\n

In other words you have to press through the flesh realm to get into the spiritual realm to cross into your miracle. Please try to understand, your miracle doesn’t come to you when you are sitting there staring at the water! Miracle takes place when you are ready to express your faith by walking on the water.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

THE WORLD WILL CONCLUDE YOUR LIFE IN VIEW OF YOUR CURRENT SITUATION <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I am sure many people would have discouraged this woman in the process. They must have said: “You won’t be able to make it through, just don’t waste your time!” I guess she would have replied, “Excuse me, please move aside, I have to get to Jesus!”<\/span><\/p>\n

You know what? To those who try to stop you, you need to tell them, \u201csorry I don\u2019t have time, I have to get to Jesus!”\u00a0 To those who offer you their expert but unscriptural opinions, just tell them “please step aside, I am on my way to Jesus! The supernatural miracle working God”<\/span><\/p>\n

You need to take the step of faith in order for God to be able to partner with you. When the world says, “You can’t get through!”, God will say “Come, I will help you through”.<\/span><\/p>\n

FAITH IS FOR THOSE WHO DARE TO WALK ON THE WATER<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This women suddenly catapulted into a level of “mountain moving faith.”She did not expect Jesus to touch her and heal her like most of us would have expected. She moved forward. Notice that her focus was not on her problem anymore, instead she started to chase the promise. She said to herself, “if I could only touch the helm of His garment, I could draw the healing power from Jesus\u201d.\u00a0 What kind of faith was that? Remember where she placed her face in the beginning and where she is now! What a drastic change in her belief system.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

IT WAS A TREMENDOUS CHALLENGE FOR THIS WOMAN <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The risk she took to push herself into the crowd itself speaks volumes about the kind of violent faith she was carrying. Despite all that stood against her, the taboo and risk she could have faced in her culture for her to be found in the crowd.<\/span><\/p>\n

The hopes she lost by chasing after doctors. She shifted her trust totally and absolutely to the one person who healed her.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

UNBELIEF WILL HINDER YOUR MIRACLE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Listen to me. If you can deal with doubt and unbelief and focus on your faith then faith will be free to produce whatever it’s meant to produce. Faith and unbelief are opposing forces. Faith and unbelief are counter action to each other. You need to get rid of unbelief that is counter-balancing your faith.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWHO TOUCHED ME\u201d IS THE LEVEL OF FAITH YOU NEED TO REACH FOR A MIRACLE<\/span> <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You too can find hope and healing today if you can replicate the faith of this woman who suffered with the issue of blood without a cure for 12 years. But don’t expect things to come easy! This woman had to go through tough times before she came into her victory. But the end result was an amazing healing upon her life. God will do the same for you, if you will only press through and touch Him and that’s the moment of your healing when Jesus will turn around and ask you “Who touched me?” (Luke 8:45<\/strong>)<\/span><\/p>\n
