PROGRAMME<\/strong><\/span>
\n1. Kick-off meeting \u2013 7pm, Sunday 18 Jan 2015 at D’Fong Restaurant (previously Summer Palace opposite Tropicana City Mall)<\/span>
\n*Dinner will be sponsored | Dresscode: Smart Casual<\/span>
\n2. From Jan till July \u2013 6 meetings at times of their own choosing (meeting follows a syllabus on mentoring)<\/span>
\n3. Closing meeting \u2013 Sunday 17 Aug 2015<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

PROCESS<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n1. Up to six M\u00b2 groups with one mentor and between three and five mentees each<\/span>
\n2. Each group will meet once a month for three hours over six months<\/span>
\n3. The meeting will be chaired by one of the mentees in rotation<\/span>
\n4. Mentor is to guide the discussion and give his input and counsel<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Mentors will select you based on your application response.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

Henry is the founding partner and COO of Tootpay the largest and most secure Mobile Payment Services provider in South East Asia. Henry has been in the IT industry for the last 32 years starting with IBM in 1982 initially with IBM Services including stints with IBM Global Services, Data Centre and Treasury.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the midst 90\u2019s he was involved in a number large scale IT initiatives in Malaysia including Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). He was the project manager for some of the major components of KLIA.<\/span><\/p>\n

Henry was also a key member of the management team of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young as well as with NEC. His main role for both organisations was industry sales covering the SEA region.<\/span><\/p>\n

Before getting involved in the Mobile Payment industry, he was with Hong Leong Bank driving electronic channel services, in particular Internet Banking.<\/span><\/p>\n

He and his wife, Joanne, worship at Grace, Petaling Jaya.<\/span><\/p>\n

Project Management, Sales and Business Management. Rick\u2019s expertise is in enterprise resource planning, supply chain management and execution, enterprise asset management, customer relationship management, enterprise performance management and enterprise social network.<\/span><\/p>\n

NW Solutions provide business solutions as mentioned above, and some of her<\/span><\/p>\n

customers are large local corporates in Malaysia. Rick currently is responsible for NW Solutions business strategies and implementation, with the aim of improving her customers\u2019 competitive edge.<\/span><\/p>\n

NW\u2019s company mission statement \u2013 \u201cto honor God in all we do\u201d is a reflection of his belief and dependence on God.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rick is also an active member of the Full Gospel Business Men\u2019s Fellowship, besides\u00a0serving as a leader in the Grace Workplace Ministry. He and his family worship at\u00a0Grace Assembly, Petaling Jaya.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Lai Tak Ming graduated with Distinction from The University of Hull, United Kingdom with a Masters in Business Administration (Human Resource Development). He has a first degree in Science with Education (Hons) from the University of Malaya. He is currently Director, Group HR & Admin and is responsible for the overall Group’s strategic Human Resources direction to help develop Human Capital sustainability, a culture of leadership excellence and talent engagement to become an employer of choice. The firm is now arguably the largest civil engineering, infra-structure group in the country.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prior to this, Tak Ming was COO of a pan-Asian HR Consultancy that that focused on talent performance sustainability, change and employee engagement, working with large MNCs across Asia. He is also a Certified Master Performance Coach. An all-round HR generalist and a well-regarded trainer, coach and speaker, he has more than 20 years HR practitioner\u2019s experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

He is also a well-regarded speaker, trainer and learning facilitator across the region. He is a Certified Master Performance Coach conferred via the Open University Malaysia.<\/span><\/p>\n

At a personal level, Tak Ming was President of the Graduates Christian Fellowship, an involvement that span nearly 30 yrs. He was also president of the Persaudaraan Kristen Varsiti, Universiti Malaysia. He worships at Agape Chapel, Kota Damansara, for which he was part of the founding core team. His current passion is to enable a climate of change for the nation. He was actively involved in the PACABA training process in the last Malaysia General Election.<\/span><\/p>\n

Michael had been in the private higher education business for the last 26 years before his retirement in May 2008 at the age of 60 years and 4 months, due to health reasons. He had served as the principal and CEO of a business college in Penang before his first retirement. Upon his retirement, he returned to Kuala Lumpur, where he then served as the Vice President of Business Development with the Management and Science University.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prior to joining Institute Perkim-Goon, he was the manager in charge of Accounting and Finance for a US multi national corporation, E. I. Dupont Far East Inc which was based in Malaysia. He was also the Company Secretary to the offices in Singapore and Indonesia. By education and training, he was a fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, (UK), serving his articleship in London.<\/span><\/p>\n

During his tenor as college principal, he was responsible for the planning, development and implementation of business strategies inclusive of KPIs, monthly academic, administrative and financial reports and foreign collaborative links. He enjoyed conducting counselling sessions, motivation and careers talks and was particularly interested in sales and marketing. He successfully developed and established study and examination techniques that won its students and college many top Malaysian and World academic awards.<\/span><\/p>\n

He came to know the Lord at the age of 40 and his passion can be seen in various services as deacon of evangelism, finance and home cell. Today he is worshipping in New Life Restoration Church, PJ and serves as a bible study and home cell facilitator, an intercessor, hosting usher and is a member of the Duranno Father School. He spends his retirement in writing Christian testimonies and sermons based on his own life experiences. He is also a passionate gardener, angler and traveller.<\/span><\/p>\n
