\n\tWe may think that God is rigid and strict, one who limits freedom of expression and creativity. But that is not true because God is the greatest artist, poet, designer, and Creator of life!<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t“Did you know that some of the first few people who were filled with the Spirit of God in the Old Testament were artisans and creative people?” said Aaron Lam, founder of Amnestee clothing with his wife.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\t“See, I have chosen Bezalel son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah, and I have filled him with the Spirit of God<\/strong>, with wisdom, with understanding, with knowledge and with all kinds of skills— to make artistic designs<\/strong> for work in gold, silver and bronze, to cut and set stones, to work in wood, and to engage in all kinds of crafts.<\/strong><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\t“Just take a look around and see the course of nature. God’s fingerprint in every creation never fail to amaze me and leave me breathless,” he added.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tAmnestee is a trendy and upbeat God-inspired Christian apparel brand. Made from two words, ‘Amnesty’ means to be forgiven and ‘tee’ means t-shirts. Brought together, ‘Amnestee is a declaration of how we are more than what we think because we are loved by a larger-than-life Creator,’ according to their Facebook page.<\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t“As a graphic designer, I have always been against designs that promote wrong values or have degenerative messages which are quite rampant nowadays,” said Aaron. “Hence, God dropped the idea of using t-shirts that bear positive or biblical messages as a tool for creative evangelism!”<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIndeed, the gospel can be presented in an appealing manner. And what’s a better way to share the gospel than wearing the message that goes wherever you go? Plus, if the messages on the t-shirt are relevant, provocative, and attractive, then conversations about the message are bound to spark.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t“If we are called to be the head and not the tail, then why are Christian clothing designs not appealing to believers, not to mention pre-believers?” said Aaron. “So, I felt that God has laid a burden in my heart to start Amnestee and be a brand that excites not only Christians but the world.”<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIn the period of expansion currently, Aaron hope that Amnestee will be a voice that shouts the absolute and relevant truth anchored in God’s Word, against this era of postmodernism and relativism, where the wrong seems so right. The messages on the t-shirts, Aaron shared, will be firmly rooted in the Bible.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t“God loves to use our talents and passions for His glory. And a fulfilling life is really one that serves God’s purpose in our generation,” said Aaron.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
