\n\t“I thank God the tomb is empty; I’m so thankful,” Ps William Leo shared with the group about his trip having just came back from Israel a few days ago. Many cried, but different people were touched differently, he said.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n

\n\t\tLuke 24:5 tells, “In their fright the women bowed down with their faces to the ground, but the men said to them, “Why do you look for the living among the dead?”<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\n\tHere, the women were scared and the angels asked who they were looking for. <\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t“Why are you looking for the living among the dead?” he asked. Most tombs have RIP written on them. In Jesus, RIP is “Risen in Power.” Jesus has risen from the dead.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tA lot of Christians are looking for the living among the dead. He told his experience seeing some people buying lotteries and pretended not to see or hid from the pastor.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tWhen you crucify your habit on the cross, the habit is dead, he said. You should have that life living in you; you should not go back to the habit.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t“Risen in power means God has risen up and change your life,” he reminded, “Power to live a Christian life.” We depend on the resurrection power, power over sin, sicknesses and to evangelize.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe message of Easter is a beautiful message. “Don’t look for the living among the dead. In Him there is light and life,” he continued. “Make sure you don’t go back anymore.”<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tPs Leo worships at SIB, Kuching. He currently heads The Joshua Project, a leadership program for working adults.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tCharisma alone cannot sustain leadership, he said. Every leader is driven by foresight, not present circumstance. The first three weeks talked about the divine calling to be a leader, the heart of leaders and the dreams of leaders. The seminar is now running in its fifth week.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
